About the Founder

 Our Founder, Latonya Nelson, is from Detroit. Born in the north but raised in the south, She has a heart for our community & the people in it. When opening up this facility, her vision is to help all who walk through the door experience love and empowerment. Helping with free resources such as job training, rehabilitation services, counseling, kids after school and summer camp programs, food bank, clothing closet, animal exhibits, media & music, and so much more. We are excited to be the door of change centrally located right

in the Heart of Georgia.

As a mother herself, maneuvering the environmental factors, she is a success story. Seeing a need for our kids and operating networks for adults to be uplifted and motivated to another level, hoping to work closely with the parish to decrease crime. She has a plan to help our city one family at a time.

She envisions a space where love and empowerment grow. Through free programs like job training and summer camps, she strives to uplift communities in Georgia, 

embodying resilience and fostering hope.
